‚  Named passport sized photograph (If applying for a couple position, 2 individual photos)

‚  Copy of your driving licence

‚  National Insurance details.

‚  Copy of your passport - plus copy of a valid working visa if applicable.

‚  If applying for a chef, cook or cook/housekeeper position, copy menus to be enclosed

‚  Certificates relating to your previous work experience

‚  Work References - as well as contact numbers

‚  Character references - not related persons

‚  Full CV.
